Managed IT support
for Brisbane small businesses

One local expert looking after your Microsoft 365, devices, staff accounts and day-to-day IT, on simple monthly hours with no lock-in.

Remote support included in your hours. Onsite visits whenever you need them.

IT support from someone who already knows your business

Most small businesses don’t need an IT department. They need someone who knows their setup, answers the phone, and fixes things before they become problems. That’s managed IT: an agreed number of hours each month, used for day-to-day support and proactive improvements, with every job logged in a monthly report.

No per-user pricing, no ticket queues and no lock-in contracts. Just one local expert looking after the technology your business runs on.

And because I also look after websites, marketing and SEO, your whole digital setup can sit with one person who knows how it all connects.

From a real client… when an allied health practice moved to JasonIT, a review found audit logging switched off across their Microsoft 365. It was turned on straight away, with a plan to bring every device under proper management. Read the case study.

Got Questions?

I've got you

Managed IT means one person looks after your business technology on an ongoing basis: your Microsoft 365, devices, staff accounts, backups and the day-to-day questions, so problems are prevented rather than just fixed. With JasonIT, that person is always me.

Paying per job means you only call when something breaks, and every fix starts from scratch. With a monthly arrangement I already know your setup, problems get sorted faster, and unused time goes into proactive improvements so fewer things break in the first place.

No. There are no lock-in contracts. We agree a set number of hours each month, and you can adjust them as your business changes.

Each month you have a set number of hours for support and improvements. Every job is logged, and you get a monthly report showing exactly where the time went. If a busy month goes over, you simply top up the extra hours, with no surprises. In quieter months, unused time goes into proactive work.

Yes. Remote support is included in your monthly hours, and it’s how most issues get sorted fastest, with no waiting around for a visit. When something genuinely needs hands on site, like setting up a new office or new devices, I come to you at my standard hourly rate. That way your plan stays lean and you only pay for visits you actually need.

Absolutely. I work alongside marketing agencies, designers, office managers and internal IT teams all the time, and I’m happy to be the technical go-between so nothing falls through the cracks. That said, many clients find it simpler to have me look after more of their digital world. As well as IT, I look after websites, marketing, SEO and social media. When one person knows how your email, domain, hosting, website and campaigns all connect, there are fewer handovers, everything stays in your name, and it all runs more smoothly.

Most clients start with a free 15-minute chat or a Digital Audit. Call 0411 702 478 or send a message through the form below, tell me what’s going on, and I’ll suggest the best next step.

Based in Tingalpa, I visit businesses across Brisbane’s Bayside and eastern suburbs, including Wynnum, Manly, Lota, Wakerley, Gumdale, Belmont, Carindale, Cannon Hill, Murarrie, Hemmant, Capalaba, Birkdale and Cleveland. Remote support is available wherever you are.
